International delivery


Delivery time	7–10 working days
Shipping and duties	Shown at checkout, based on your destination

Order tracking

When your order ships, we email you the courier's name and your tracking code. If you don't receive it, contact customer care and we'll send it.

If you're not home

On delivery day the courier will send you an SMS. If you can't be there, please ask someone you trust to receive the parcel for you.

Multiple packages

To get your order to you faster and safely, we may send it in more than one package. You won't pay anything extra for this.

Frequently asked questions

Where can I receive my order? We deliver across Pakistan to home, office and other private addresses. [We don't deliver to SAJ stores.]

How long will delivery take? Orders within Pakistan arrive in 3–5 working days. International orders take 7–10 working days.

How much does delivery cost? Within Pakistan, shipping is a flat Rs. 199 on every order. For international orders, the shipping cost and any duties are shown at checkout.

Which courier will deliver my order? We choose the courier. As soon as your parcel ships, we email you the courier's name and your tracking code.

Can I change the delivery day if I'm not available? The courier will SMS you on the delivery date. If you can't be there, please arrange for someone to receive the parcel on your behalf.
